Vibrant Patient Portal Guide

This guide walks you through joining Vibrant, the patient portal used by Golden State Integrative Health.

As a patient, you will complete signup and forms on the Vibrant web app, then download the mobile app (iOS or Android) to access messaging, scheduling, and your care plans.

📝 1. Set up your account

  • You’ll receive an email invite to join Golden State Integrative Health through Vibrant.

  • Click the link in your email to create a password and login to your Vibrant patient portal.

  • You’ll fill out a few basic details to set up your profile and sign the consent form.

  • Once that’s done, you’ll be prompted to download the Vibrant mobile app (iOS or Android). This is where most of your care happens. See below for links.

  • Log in to the app using the same password you just created. Here you’ll be able to complete intake forms, schedule visits, track follow-up tasks, send messages, and access your visit summaries.

🎯 Tip: If you’re using a Mac, complete the intake forms and upload medical records using the iPhone Mirroring app on your desktop. Easier on your thumbs!

📅 2. Book an appointment

  • Open the app and tap “Book an Appointment”.

  • You’ll see available times and visit types offered by your care team.

  • Choose what works for you and confirm.

📞 3. Join your visit

  • You’ll get an email and in-app notification with a link for your virtual visit.

  • When it’s time, just click the link to join—either in the app or your browser.

💬 4. Stay in touch

  • Have a question? Want to check in?

  • You can message your care team anytime from inside the app.

Note: Messages are available in the app—be sure to turn on push notifications to stay updated. If a message isn’t read within 48 hours, an email alert will be sent.

🧪 5. View Your After-Visit Summary

  • After each visit, your summary and care plan will be available on the app’s home screen.

📂 Coming soon: A records view where you can easily access all past results and visit summaries in one place.

❓ FAQs

Q: I didn’t get my Vibrant invite email. What should I do?

A: Start by checking your spam or junk folder—it sometimes ends up there. Still can’t find it? Let your doctor’s office know and they can resend it.

Q: I started signing up but didn’t finish. How do I get back in?

A: Just go back to the original email invite and click the link again. It’ll pick up where you left off.

Q: Do I need to download the app?

A: Yes. After you set up your password on the web, you’ll need to download the Vibrant app (iOS or Android). That’s where you’ll book visits, message your care team, and see your care plan.

Q: How do I schedule an appointment?

A: Open the app and tap “Book an Appointment.” You’ll see available times and visit types to choose from.

Q: How do I join a virtual visit?

A: You’ll receive a link by email and in the app. When it’s time for your appointment, simply tap the link to open your visit in your browser or app. Before joining, you can quickly check your camera, test your microphone, and make sure your speakers are working. When everything looks and sounds right, just click the green “Join” button to start your visit.

Q: How do I message my doctor or care team?

A: Open the Vibrant app and go to Messages. You can send questions or updates any time. It’s private, secure, and only visible to your care team.

Note: You won’t receive replies via email or text, so check the app for responses and turn on push notifications.

Q: Where can I see my lab results or visit summary?

A: After each visit, you’ll find a summary right on your app home screen. Coming soon: you’ll see your results within the Records tab of your app.

Q: Can I use Vibrant on my computer instead of my phone?

A: You can use your computer to set your password and create your account. After that, most features are in the app. But you can still use your computer to complete questionnaires and join telehealth visits from your email. To send messages, view your care plan, or book appointments, you’ll need to use the app.

Q: Can I update my info (like insurance, address, etc.)?

A: For now, please email your care team. Coming soon: you will update your personal details by tapping your profile inside the app.
